Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the ‘Platform’) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

All Wings Travel International services are owned and operated by Wings Travel International. These terms and conditions are a binding legal agreement between the customers and Wings Travel International regarding your use of the services made available. Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the website, application or other services, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, tools or products, is hereby expressly prohibited and can lead to legal action. Wings Travel International is a service that sends e-tickets to you via SMS/email if a bus, airline, hotel, or cinema company has enabled online access and partnered with our platform. Wings Travel International is not responsible for any loss, refunds or any other damages in case of cancellation or other such circumstances other than the policies of our service providers as Wings Travel International is a Rental Car & Travel and Tour platform that is only responsible for services. Wings Travel International is not responsible for any delay or booking cancellation on behalf of a service provider on the platform.

Car Rental:

  1. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 4 hours before pickup.
  2. 100% Refund: Cancellations before 48 hours of pickup.
  3. 10% Penalty: Cancellations before 24 hours of pickup.
  4. 30% Penalty: Cancellations before 12 hours of pickup.
  5. Multiple-Day Bookings: The above policies apply to the first day, and a 100% refund is provided for any remaining days.

The Vendor shall provide 24/7 service support.


The Vendor shall ensure that all vehicles are maintained in good working condition at all times.


All vehicles shall be equipped with fire extinguishers, a first-aid box, spare wheel, seat belts, and torch, all in good condition.


Wings Travel Intl shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the vehicles during the service period.


In the event of a breakdown or accident, Wings Travel Intl shall provide a replacement vehicle within 6 hours.


All vehicles shall be comprehensively insured.


Hirer shall provide prior intimation to Wings Travel International for outstation travel to enable tracker clearance.


GST shall be applicable on the above-mentioned rates as per province law.


Driver’s local city daily food allowance is included in the quoted daily rate.


With-fuel rates apply for local city usage and include 100 km and 10 hours per day.


If kms & hours exceed from 100 kms & 10 hours then the extra kms & hours shall be charged after negotiation.


Without-fuel rates apply for outstation travel. In such cases, fuel and toll charges shall be billed as per actual.


For outstation same-day travel, a driver food allowance of Rs: 1,000 per day shall be charged.


Driver duty hours shall be 10 hours per day and six days a week (Monday to Saturday).


After 10 hours duty, extra hour rate shall be charged after negotiation.


In case of an overnight outstation stay, a driver night allowance of Rs: 2,500 to Rs: 3,000 per night shall be applicable.


If the Hirer cancels on the last moment, shall be treated as a no-show and cancellation charges shall apply or usually non-refundable.
